Ellen Madonia - Fractional CMO from Boylston, MA, USA

I am seeking fractional/interim marketing roles where a strategic and analytical mindset is critical to success, ideally in a small or mid-sized business that is growing and may lack the experience or resources to achieve its goals. For example, there may be junior members on the team who need direction or mentorship to take the next step in their career and deliver the most value to the organization. I commonly step in when the company is experiencing growth challenges ranging from filling the top of the funnel with leads to poor conversion rates through the sales process, requiring the go-to-market strategy to be evaluated with a fresh perspective and optimized through my proven playbook and framework. With adeptness in strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on approach to executing tactical initiatives, I can help companies solve marketing challenges through the entire customer lifecycle.
